At Tangled Minds Lifestyle therapy focuses on the 5 Pillars of Self Care, specifically the physical and lifestyle dimensions  of one' lifestyle and how this impacts one's body and mind.  This includes things like your sleep, exercise or body movement that you get every day, your nutrition and hydration.  It can also include various forms of supplementation if needed.
