1. We do not do paperwork for disability, service animals or other legal issues until a patient has established with us for 3 months. This is to ensure that we have a solid relationship on which to accurately inform decisions and advise. 

2. We do not prescribe benzodiazepines (Xanax, Valium etc).  If you have been prescribed this by another provider we will taper this medication. 

3. We do not prescribe opioids.

4. We do not prescribe Suboxone.
